Miscellaneous.

Should one or more of the provisions stated within this agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by valid provisions such that the economic intent of the invalid provision is achieved as closely as possible.

Sole place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with the user agreement is the court which is responsible for the registered seat of nobilia.
